COVID-19 Update (Update 6/3/2020)

To our PWYA Families:

First and foremost, We’d like to thank you all for your patience and understanding as we worked to navigate this pandemic together & get our kids back out on the field as safely as possible.

Tonight we received final approval from the Village of Plover Board - Administration and Public Works to begin our 2020 league season.  We also received the green light from the Portage County Health Department.

Practice will start the week of June 15th and games will start the week of June 29th. We will be doing doubleheaders as much as possible to decrease the number of times the kids need to be at the complex each week.  The league season will be wrapping up by July 30.

We are postponing the 5/6 year old        T-ball season until mid August-mid September.  More information will be sent soon from our T-Ball Coordinator.

Our safety guidelines can be found in the below attachment.  Please read these over so that you are fully aware of the expectations and rules we need to follow.  There will also be a waiver form that will need to be filled out by all participants.  More information/details to come on that subject.

If you’ve already registered you DO NOT need to register again.   If you registered and no longer wish to participate & would like to request a refund of your registration fee please let us know by June 7th.  Please send all refund request using the below link.

New registrations will be accepted from Portage County residents ONLY from Thursday June 4th thru Midnight Sunday June 7th.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to one of the PWYA board members.  We are here to make this as safe as possible for the kids to get back to a little normalcy this summer.
