This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit your payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.

Player's age eligibility is determined by their age on APRIL 30, 2025. All players will be required to provide a birth certificate upon request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any games played at that point.

Teams are encouraged to register early, as these tournaments fill very quickly. Other baseball organizations where PWYA teams travel to during the tournament season will be given preference in entrance into the PWYA home tournaments, provided application is made in a timely manner. All other registrations will be processed on a first come first serve basis. No telephone entries will be accepted. Payment must accompany registration. The May tournaments will have some Friday evening games.  The July tournaments may start Friday mid-late morning depending on the number of entries.

Upon receipt of your  entry fee, we will confirm your spot via e-mail. Tournament rules will be posted to the tournament page when available.  Schedules will be posted in the PWYA app when available. Local hotel accommodations available @ www.pwya.org.

NOTE: PWYA has the right to refuse any and all teams from participation in these tournaments.
